1. In connection with the User’s use of the Website, the Administrator collects data to the extent necessary to provide the specific services offered on the Website, as well as information about the User’s activity on the Website.
2. Personal data is obtained directly from the User through:
- Communication with the User via information collected in forms available on the Website.
- The performance of contracts regarding services and e-services within the Website.
- Sending the Newsletter, after the User has consented to receive it.
- Analytical and statistical activities.

- Marketing activities
- Collecting data through logs for the purpose of providing services, for technical and administrative purposes, and to ensure the security and management of the IT system.
IV. Marketing and Newsletter
1. The Controller processes Users’ personal data for the purpose of conducting marketing activities, which may include:

- Sending email notifications (the so-called newsletter service)
2. The Administrator provides the newsletter service to individuals who have provided their email address. Providing this data is required to receive the newsletter service; failure to provide it or requesting its deletion will result in the inability to send the newsletter.
V. Data Processing Period:
1. Users’ personal data will be processed for the period during which:
- the basis for data processing is the performance of a contract – until the service is completed or until the statute of limitations for claims expires after its performance
- the basis for data processing is the granting of consent – until the consents granted are withdrawn, and after withdrawal of consent, until the statute of limitations for claims expires
In both cases, the statute of limitations is 3 years.
VI. Disclosure of Personal Data
1. Users’ personal data may be disclosed to: entities affiliated with the Controller, its subcontractors, and entities cooperating with the Controller, such as companies handling electronic payments, courier/postal service providers, and law firms.

The Controller declares that it does not sell, disclose, or transfer Users’ personal data collected for processing to other persons or institutions, unless this is done with the User’s explicit consent or at their request, or at the request of state authorities authorized by law for the purposes of proceedings or activities related to security or defense, for tasks specified by law carried out in the public interest, and when it is necessary to fulfill the Administrator’s legitimate purposes.
3. The Administrator reserves the right to disclose information regarding the User to competent authorities or third parties who request such information, based on an appropriate legal basis and in accordance with applicable law.

1. The Website collects information using cookies.
2. The collection of cookies supports the proper provision of services on the Website and serves statistical purposes.

VIII. Final Provisions
